Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with administrative tasks for the Patient Experience Coordinator.
• Assist clinicians and therapists during treatments and setup.
• Prepare patients for therapy and help with treatment devices as directed.
• Maintain clean work areas, restock supplies, and manage paperwork.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file charts as needed.
