Athletico in Oklahoma City is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and front-desk tasks. You will greet patients, assist therapists during treatment, and help with administrative duties.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate patient care, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic clinic environment. Minimum HS diploma preferred; prior rehab aide experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or intern preferred.
• Work Experience: Rehab Aide or Rehab Tech preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and time management required.
• Patient satisfaction and teamwork oriented.
• Compassion toward patients and ability to complete tasks thoroughly.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and prepare them for physical therapy, assist therapists during treatments.
• Safeguard, motivate, and assist patients with exercises and activities.
• Provide routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Clean work area and equipment after treatment.
• Wash linens and maintain linen cabinets; restock supplies.
• Assist with phones, scheduling, filing, and chart maintenance.
• Track non-medical/medical supplies and assist inventory as needed.
