Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient intake to promote efficiency.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Support therapists by preparing treatment areas and equipment, and monitor patient progress.
