ATI Physical Therapy in Clarksburg, MD is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team dedicated to patient care. You will gain hands-on training while supporting therapists, preparing treatment areas, assisting with exercises, and helping with patient check-in and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Required: High School diploma.
• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during daily check-in and appointments.
• Assist clinicians with timely scheduling and efficient patient intake/registration.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up and adjust exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support home exercise programs.
