ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join our team in Bourbonnais, IL. You will greet patients, assist with intake, and support therapists with treatment areas and equipment setup.

Responsibilities include onboarding patients, verifying benefits, scheduling assistance, and guiding patients through exercises and home programs as part of a collaborative rehab team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient intake.
• Onboard new patients: review paperwork, verify benefits, complete forms.
• Support therapists by preparing treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
