ATI Physical Therapy in Illinois is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team, assisting therapists, preparing treatment areas, and supporting patient check-in and exercise programs.

The role includes on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to PT/OT fields; applicants need 18+, healthcare or customer service experience, and a commitment to patient care. This position offers full-time hours and hourly pay between $16.07 and $18.07.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly both by phone and in person during the daily check‑in process and throughout their appointment time.
• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Effectively onboard new patients reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completion of medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, as well as setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.
