Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients during check-in and appointments.
• Promote efficient intake and scheduling support for clinicians.
• Onboard new patients, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and set up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with home exercise programs.
