Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team providing exceptional patient care. You will receive hands‑on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy workflows while supporting therapists and patients.

You’ll greet patients, assist with intake and scheduling, prepare treatment areas, monitor progress, and support prescribed home exercises. This role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly both by phone and in person during the daily check-in process and throughout their appointment time.
• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Effectively onboard new patients reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completion of medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, as well as setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.
