Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering patient care and gaining valuable healthcare skills.

You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy workflows while supporting therapists and patients throughout treatment sessions. You will greet patients, assist with intake, help set up treatment areas, and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Healthcare roles such as PT aide, Medical Assistant, hospital staff, or related fields are pluses.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake and scheduling; assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Onboard new patients: review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms.
• Assist therapists by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support home exercise programs.
