ATI Physical Therapy in Exton, PA is seeking a friendly Physical Therapy Aide to support daily patient flow and assist clinicians in providing effective care. You will greet patients, help with check-in, and set up treatment areas, while learning hands-on healthcare skills in a collaborative setting.

The role involves assisting patients with exercises, helping with equipment setup, and supporting the therapy team as needed, contributing to a positive patient experience and outcomes.

Qualifications

High School diploma.
Must be 18+ years.
Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and interact with patients warmly both by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling.
Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
Support PT by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
Assist patients with exercises and home programs.
