ATI Physical Therapy in Thorndale, PA is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care. You will gain hands-on healthcare skills through mentorship and direct exposure to physical therapy, with training and growth opportunities.

The role involves supporting clinicians, assisting with patient intake, and helping patients perform prescribed exercises in a fast-paced clinic environment. This is a full-time position with standard clinic hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients via phone and in person during check-in and through appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake and registration and assist with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing forms.
• Support the Physical Therapist by preparing/cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and supporting home exercise programs.
