Qualifications

• Must have healthcare and/or customer service experience.
• High School diploma is required.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with check-in by phone and in person.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient intake.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and set up exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Help patients perform prescribed home exercise programs.
