ATI Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a friendly Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. You will gain hands-on training, assist clinicians, and play a key role in patient intake, treatment setup, and progress monitoring.

You will help patients perform exercises, review forms, and support daily operations while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth in a well‑established physical therapy organization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience as PT aide/tech, Medical Assistant or related role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients in person and by phone during check-in and visits.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient registration to streamline flow.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork and verifying benefits.
• Support Physical Therapists by preparing treatment areas and equipment setup.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and guide home exercise programs.

Responsibilities

At ATI Physical Therapy, we offer a collaborative and welcoming environment where you will:

• Greet and interact with patients warmly both by phone and in person during the daily check‑in process and throughout their appointment time.

• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Effectively onboard new patients reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completion of medical forms.

• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, as well as setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
