Job summary

ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance, a member of Therapy Partners Group, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Technician for our Laguna Hills, CA location. The schedule is Monday - Friday for 32 hours per week, with starting pay at $16.90 per hour.

You will support therapists, prepare treatment rooms, and assist patients with exercises and routines to ensure smooth operations. Ideal candidates have strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment room and assist patients for PT sessions.
• Greet patients, assist with apparel, and maintain cleanliness.
• Support front desk tasks including scheduling and triage calls.
• Collect co-pays and payments per policy.
• Sterilize equipment and maintain supplies inventory.
