Job summary

ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance, a premier outpatient orthopedic provider in Orange County, is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Technician for the Rancho Santa Margarita location. Schedule is approximately 15–25 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, assisting patients and therapists, maintaining supplies, handling front desk tasks, collecting co-pays, and ensuring a clean, confidential environment.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office; Raintree PMS experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, both written and oral.
• Team player with ability to work with patients and staff.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment room for therapy by following procedures and protocols.
• Assist patients and therapists during physical therapy sessions.
• Sterilize and deliver equipment; maintain supplies inventory.
• Handle front desk tasks: triage calls, schedule appointments, collect co-pays.
• Ensure a clean, confidential, and safe work environment.
