Job summary

ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance in San Juan Capistrano, part of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Technician to support clinicians and patients.

You will prep treatment rooms, assist patients, handle clerical tasks, and help ensure a five-star patient experience. The role requires strong customer service, organization, and good communication.

Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 14-16 hours per week, with duties at the front desk during uncovered hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College degree in a related health field preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment room following procedures and protocols.
• Greet patients and help them into therapy apparel.
• Assist with laundry and supply of clean linens.
• Record daily notes under supervision.
• Answer questions and provide information to patients.
• Apply ice/heat, assist with exercise, and monitor progress.
• Educate patients on equipment use and exercises.
• Maintain confidentiality and a clean, safe workspace.
• Assist with scheduling and front desk support as needed.
