Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in Orange, CA. The part-time role offers 25 hours per week with a pay rate of $16.90 per hour and clinic hours Mon/Wed/Fri 7am-5pm, Tue/Thu 8am-6pm.

You will assist patients, support front office tasks, prepare equipment, and help maintain a welcoming clinic environment. A high school diploma and healthcare experience are preferred, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare training is a plus.
• Prior experience in healthcare or as a Physical Therapy Aide is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Support clinic operations and patient care with a friendly, responsive approach.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records and schedule appointments, handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office tasks during downtime, including phones, scanning, and payments.
• Aid therapists during sessions with materials and facilitation of exercises.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment.
