Therapy Partners Group’s ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance in Costa Mesa is hiring a part-time Physical Therapy Technician to support the clinic’s outpatient orthopedic care. You will prepare treatment rooms, assist patients, manage supplies, and help with scheduling and front-desk duties as needed.

This role emphasizes patient comfort, confidentiality, and teamwork, with an approx 18 hours per week schedule (Mon/Wed/Fri, noon to afternoon).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in related health field preferred.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Must be organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment room for patient following procedures.
• Welcomes patients, assists with attire for therapy, and maintains supplies.
• Handle front desk duties including scheduling and triage as needed.
• Collect co-pays and ensure timely payments per policy.
• Assist therapists by applying ice/heat and guiding exercises under supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality and a clean, safe work environment.
• Educate patients on equipment usage and exercise routines.
• Provide information to patients and respond to requests.
