Job summary

Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Performance is seeking an Exercise Specialist/Physical Therapy Aide to support licensed clinicians in outpatient settings. This non-licensed caregiver works under the direction of a Physical Therapist and/or Assistant to aid in patient care and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities include maintaining treatment rooms, assisting with patient interventions, and helping with scheduling and intake while keeping the clinic safe and clean.

Qualifications

• Assist with patient exercise instruction and demonstration under PT/PTA supervision.
• Stand or walk for extended periods as part of daily duties.
• Monitor patient movement to ensure safety and fall prevention.
• Lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure treatment rooms and gym areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Assist clinical staff with patient interventions according to plan of care.
• Assist administrative staff with scheduling, intake, and communications.
• Maintain a clean environment for patient safety and clinician efficiency.
