Responsibilities

• Assist with direct patient care during therapy sessions under guidance of therapists.
• Set up treatment areas and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Explain exercises and treatment goals to patients as directed by the clinical team.
• Maintain clean and sanitized treatment rooms and equipment.
• Assist with laundry and restocking supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and progress notes.
• Report equipment issues and ensure proper maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members to ensure smooth experiences.
