Job summary

Vancouver Clinic is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide at the Columbia Tech Center location in Vancouver, WA. You will welcome patients, prepare treatment areas and equipment, stock supplies, and help the department run smoothly under the supervision of Physical Therapists.

The role requires strong communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced patient care setting, with typical schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, at the Columbia Tech Center site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Data entry speed of at least 40 wpm.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and support therapists in patient care.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment.
• Stock supplies and manage linens for the department.

Vancouver Clinic is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide for our Columbia Tech Center location.In this role,you’llsupport Physical Therapists by welcoming patients, preparing and cleaning treatment areas and equipment, stocking supplies, managing linens, and helping the department run smoothly.We’relooking for an adaptable team player with excellent communication and customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced patient care setting.

Location: Columbia Tech Center(501 SE 172ndAve- Vancouver, WA 98684)

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Hiring range generally between$17.66/hour to $21.16/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalentrequired.

• Previousexperience in a medical office setting preferred.

• Customer service experience strongly preferred

• Data entryskill ofat least 40 wpm.

• Experience with multi-line phone systems.

Pay Range:

$17.31 - $24.24
