Qualifications

  • MA: Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program required.
  • MA: Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified credential or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
  • MA: Certification from national certifying entity (AAMA, NCCT, AMT, NHA, etc) as required for MA-Certified credential.
  • Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification.
  • Previous outpatient medical setting experience preferred; reliable and predictable attendance required.

Responsibilities

  • Room patients, collect patient information, and prepare patients for examination.
  • Assist with the overall delivery of patient care.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the Family Medicine team in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Vancouver Clinic is hiring a full-time, dynamic Medical Assistant-Certified to join the Family Medicine team! (Location near Fisher's Landing in Vancouver, WA) Responsibilities include rooming patients, collecting patient information, preparing patients for examination, and assisting with the overall delivery of patient care. Candidates must be able to multitask, work collaboratively as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Location & Schedule

Location: Columbia Tech Center, 501 SE 172nd Ave, Vancouver, WA 98684

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

Pay

Pay range starts at $22.25 with active Washington State Department of Health Medical Assistant-Certified credential and goes up based on experience.

Pay Range: $21.81 - $30.53

Responsibilities
