Job summary

Vancouver Clinic is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide at the Columbia Tech Center location in Vancouver, WA. You will welcome patients, prepare treatment areas and equipment, stock supplies, and help the department run smoothly under the supervision of Physical Therapists.

The role requires strong communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced patient care setting, with typical schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, at the Columbia Tech Center site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Data entry speed of at least 40 wpm.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and support therapists in patient care.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment.
• Stock supplies and manage linens for the department.
• Help the department run smoothly in a fast-paced setting.
