Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care. You will gain hands-on training, mentorship, and direct exposure to physical therapy, helping launch your healthcare career.

You will greet patients during check-in, assist with scheduling, prepare treatment areas, support clinicians, monitor progress, and help patients perform prescribed exercises and home programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Support therapists by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, as well as setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
