ATI Physical Therapy in the United States is seeking a friendly Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care. You will support therapists, prepare treatment areas, assist patients with exercises, and help with home exercise programs.

Responsibilities

• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, and setting up/adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
