ATI Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide to support clinicians and assist patients through check-in, intake, and treatment setup. You will help with exercises, monitor progress, and ensure a smooth patient flow in a collaborative environment.

We offer hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy practices, with opportunities to develop healthcare skills and a long-term career path in rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling support for clinicians.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing forms.
• Support the Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Help patients perform exercises and support prescribed home exercise programs.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, as well as setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
