Job summary

Olympic Sports & Spine is seeking a Physical Therapist to specialize in industrial rehabilitation and occupational health, focusing on injured workers. The role emphasizes acute work injury rehab, work conditioning/hardening, and FCEs.

You will collaborate with Occupational Medicine providers, claims managers, and employers to support timely return-to-work. Candidates should have a PT degree, WA license, and experience with FCEs or willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience with Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) or willingness to learn.
• Current Washington State Physical Therapist license (or license applicant).
• Certification in Ergonomics, Industrial Rehabilitation, or Occupational Health preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat injured workers with work-related musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized rehab plans to restore functional and job-specific abilities.
• Provide Work Conditioning and Work Hardening programs for safe return to work.
• Perform Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) and prepare objective reports.
• Collaborate with occupational medicine providers, claims managers, and employers to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient outcomes.
