Job summary

CareerPaths NW in Silverdale, WA is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. You will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, postoperative, sports, and work-related injuries, developing individualized plans to restore function and return to work.

You will use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional movement training, while collaborating with physicians, case managers, employers, and other rehab professionals.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Active Washington state PT license or eligibility.
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics and workers' compensation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-operative, sports, and work-related injuries.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function and return to work/daily activities.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional movement training.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, employers, and rehab professionals to coordinate care.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and maintain high standards of patient care.
