Job summary

Olympic Sports & Spine is seeking a Physical Therapist with expertise in industrial rehabilitation and occupational health to join our team in Washington. The role focuses on treating injured workers and delivering specialized services including FCEs, work conditioning and work hardening programs, and comprehensive return-to-work planning.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience performing Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) or willingness to learn.
• Current Washington State Physical Therapist License or license applicant status.
• Certification in Ergonomics, Industrial Rehabilitation, or Occupational Health (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat injured workers with work-related musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop rehab plans to restore functional and job-specific abilities.
• Provide and oversee Work Conditioning and Work Hardening programs.
• Perform Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) and prepare objective reports.
• Assess job demands and incorporate work-simulation activities into treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Occupational Medicine providers and other stakeholders for safe return-to-work planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and workers' compensation guidelines.
