Job summary

National Church Residences Home Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality home health care to seniors in Southern Ohio, with contingent weekend options and higher pay. You’ll evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while supervising PTAs and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's)
• 2–4 years of experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Passion for empowering seniors to live independently

• Evaluate and treat patients as ordered by a physician
• Develop and implement personalized plans of care
• Educate and support patients and caregivers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
