National Church Residences Home Health in Southern Ohio seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality home health care on a contingent basis, with every-other-weekend or weekend schedules and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's).
• 2-4 years of experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
