Physical Therapist – Travel Contract – Full Time

We are seeking PTs who are flexible to work at our affiliates across 17 states: Alaska, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, Kansas, Alabama, Texas, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

Duties:

• Screen and evaluate patients in short-term, long-term, and outpatient rehab settings
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions
• Provide skilled, rehabilitative, and medically necessary treatments
• Administer a variety of interventions based on individual patient needs
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly, documenting per regulations
• Consult and counsel patients, families, caregivers, and other providers on physical disorders
• Communicate effectively with the clinical team regarding patient progress and barriers
• Provide comprehensive discharge summaries in line with regulatory and clinical standards

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist. Open to PTs at all experience levels.
