Pay Range

Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

GroundWork Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in Orlando is a boutique private practice dedicated to providing the highest quality evidence-based care, including CBT and ERP.

Licensing: NO FL License required; must be a registered associate or licensed in ANY state.

Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for an OCD Therapist. The therapist will provide evidence-based therapy, specifically CBT and ERP, to children and teen clients with obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing CBT and ERP therapy to children and teens
• Strong understanding of OCD and its treatment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse clients
• Master's or Doctorate degree
• Licensure or registered as an associate therapist in ANY state
• Experience with teletherapy or virtual therapy is a plus
