Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while exploring new locations. The assignment emphasizes musculoskeletal care for adult orthopedic and sports medicine patients with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities to float to nearby clinics.

The role includes documentation in NextGen, a typical 30–60 minute evaluation, and a productivity expectation of about 48 patients per week.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited school approved by APTA.
• Active state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required by AHA or ARC.
• DPT credential required for practice.
• MI physical therapist license required to start.
• HBV, TB, Flu, and Tdap vaccines may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy for musculoskeletal conditions and adult ortho/sports medicine.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with two late shifts; evaluations 30–60 minutes.
• Document in NextGen; patient productivity target ~48 per week.
• Possible floating to nearby clinics; dress code business casual or athletic wear.

• HEP B required
• TB required

Assignment Details

• Monday–Friday schedule.
• Two late shifts required.
• Clinic hours are Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Documentation system: NextGen.
• Patient productivity expectation is 48 patients per week.
• Evaluation times range from 30 to 60 minutes.
• Cases include musculoskeletal conditions.
• Patient population includes adult orthopedic and sports medicine patients.
• Potential floating to other nearby clinics, but it is not mandatory.
• Dress code is business casual or athletic wear. No yoga pants.
