Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions across diverse settings in the Perrysburg, OH area. You’ll work a daytime schedule in a Skilled Nursing Facility environment, with flexible shifts and a patient population spanning rehab, orthopedic and dementia-related needs.

The position offers full medical benefits, 401k matching, weekly pay, and 100% paid housing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• EMR: NetHealth/PCC.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to rehab patients with orthopedic and deconditioning needs.
• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
• Manage caseload across 5 days per week, 7-8 hours daily.
• Travel to various facilities as a traveling PT and document care in NetHealth/PCC EMR.

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
• Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible) with a ½ lunch (not paid)
• Shift: Days
• Patient Population: Rehab patients with various health conditions, orthopedic, patients of various ages, and a small dementia unit with orthopedic and deconditioning needs
• Caseload: 5 times a week and 3 times a week, 7-8 hours daily
• Experience: Preferred as this person needs to hit the ground running
• EMR: NetHealth/PCC
