Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a Traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while traveling to new locations around Escanaba, MI. You will work in a home-health setting with a schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with mileage reimbursement.

Required qualifications include an accredited PT degree (APTA approved) and an active MI PT license; BLS may be required.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program (APTA approved).
• Active state PT license to practice in MI.
• BLS certification may be required.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a home-health setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Travel within Delta County and nearby counties within 1-hour radius of Escanaba.
• Coordinate with care team and document sessions.

• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health Experience
• Physical Therapist License in MI
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Days: Monday through Friday
• No on-call requirement
• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
• Coverage area includes Delta County and portions of Dickinson and Menominee Counties within a 1-hour radius of Escanaba
