Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Eaton Rapids, Michigan. The position requires a Physical Therapist with a valid MI license and a degree in physical therapy, plus liability coverage and BLS as needed.

You’ll work a Monday–Friday schedule with potential floating to nearby clinics and a focus on adult orthopedic and sports medicine patients, using NextGen for documentation in a supportive travel team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• DPT/Physical Therapist license in MI required to start
• HEP B required
• TB required
• Flu required
• Tdap required

Responsibilities

• Monday–Friday schedule. Two late shifts required
• Clinic hours are Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Documentation system: NextGen; Patient productivity expectation is 48 patients per week
• Cases include musculoskeletal conditions; patient population includes adult orthopedic and sports medicine
• Potential floating to other nearby clinics, but it is not mandatory
• Dress code is business casual or athletic wear. No yoga pants
