Qualifications

• A valid and current Physical Therapist license in California, or eligibility for licensure.
• 1 year of PT Home Health experience is required.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with insured vehicle in good working order.
• 1 year of PT home health experience.

Responsibilities
