Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assess mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and recovery goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, manual therapy, and other appropriate interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety precautions, and pain management techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

Job description

We are seeking compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Physical Therapist in Southern and Northern California.

Employment Type

Full-Time Work Arrangement.

Schedule

35 hours per week, Monday through Friday - Weekends are not required.

Facility Size

99-bed healthcare facility.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to help individuals improve mobility, manage pain, regain physical function, and recover from injuries or medical conditions.

The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support recovery, independence, and overall quality of life.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid California Physical Therapist license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position, with reasonable accommodations as applicable.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required.
