Mayfield Brain & Spine is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Union, OH. You will deliver patient-centered care focused on spine-related conditions, collaborating with physicians and staff to optimize outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a licensed PT in Ohio, recent grads welcomed, and able to communicate clearly, manage a busy schedule, and contribute to a supportive, compassionate clinic culture.

Competenze

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy.
• Must have Ohio State Licensure.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain a patient treatment schedule.
• Confer with supervising physicians and care team to modify treatment as needed.
• Prepare Evaluation reports/summaries.
• Prepare Discharge reports/summaries.
• Provide Progress reports to referring physicians and agencies.

Education/ Experience

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy
• Must have Ohio State Licensure

• Practice Physical Therapy consistent with the American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
• Treat patients and function as a Physical Therapist as indicated
• Demonstrates excellent customer service

• Maintain a patient treatment schedule consistent with the needs of the facility.
• Confer with the person(s) most closely associated with the active management of the patient and keep them informed of any additional patient treatment modification and/or progress.
• Prepare Evaluation reports/summaries.
• Prepare Discharge reports/summaries
• Provide Progress reports to referring physicians and agencies
