Mayfield Clinic, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist for Spine Care in West Chester, Ohio. The clinician will provide one-on-one spine-focused physical therapy with emphasis on patient-centered care and team collaboration.

Applicants should be graduates of an approved Physical Therapy program and hold Ohio licensure. Excellent communication, empathy, and multitasking skills are essential in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Formación

• Must have Ohio State Licensure.
• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy.
• Strong communication and patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Help develop and maintain a corporate culture that supports the mission and values of Mayfield Clinic.
• Maintain a patient treatment schedule consistent with the needs of the facility.
• Confer with the person(s) most closely associated with the active management of the patient and keep them informed of any additional patient treatment modification and/or progress.
• Prepare Evaluation reports/summaries.
• Provide Progress reports to referring physicians and agencies
