Job summary

Mayfield Clinic is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist in Springboro to join a nationally recognized neuroscience and spine team. You will provide one-on-one care, maintain patient schedules, and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications include graduation from an approved PT program and Ohio licensure. Sign-on bonus of $5,000 is offered. This role welcomes new graduates and emphasizes ethical, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Evaluation reports/summaries.
• Provide Progress reports to referring physicians and agencies.

Education/ Experience:

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy
• Must have Ohio State Licensure
