Mayfield Brain & Spine seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one spine-focused care in a collaborative clinic.

The ideal candidate is a Graduate of PT school with Ohio licensure, demonstrates strong communication, empathy, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. Collaboration with the team and clinicians is essential to support patient progress.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy.
• Ohio State Licensure required.
• Adheres to the APTA Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathy and patient-centered approach.
• Team-oriented with collaborative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Help develop and maintain a corporate culture that supports the mission and values of Mayfield Clinic.
• Maintain a patient treatment schedule consistent with the needs of the facility.
• Confer with the person(s) most closely associated with the active management of the patient and keep them informed of progress.
• Prepare Evaluation reports/summaries.
• Prepare Discharge reports/summaries
• Provide Progress reports to referring physicians and agencies.

Education/ Experience

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy
• Must have Ohio State Licensure

• Practice Physical Therapy consistent with the American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
• Treat patients and function as a Physical Therapist as indicated
