- Clinical care: evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
- Documentation: maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
- Leadership: supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
- Compliance: adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
