Management Performance Associates seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

The role requires state licensure, CPR, CAPTE-accredited PT program completion, and strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management skills. You must be able to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout shifts.

Formación

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans based on clinical need.
• Provide high-quality therapeutic services and document goals and progress.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides to deliver quality care.
• Ensure compliance with state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
