Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities include documentation, leadership in the therapy team, and adherence to state practice acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations while providing compassionate care to diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and remain active (standing/walking) during shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
