Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/Doctorate in Physical Therapy required or equivalent
• Current California Physical Therapy license required
• 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcome

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans and administers treatment to patients with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal issues.
• Administers and interprets tests for muscle strength, range of motion and respiration.
• Provides direct resident treatment per plan of care and maintains confidentiality of records.
• Performs home assessments as appropriate to ensure safe discharge.
• Completes forms and documents per policy and regulations.
