Salary ranges from $104,000 to $124,000 per year with a sign-on bonus available. The position requires California licensure and at least 1 year of clinical experience, though new graduates are welcome to apply. Per diem/on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• California license to practice Physical Therapy.
• New graduates welcome; 1 year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans and administers PT treatment for neuromuscular/musculoskeletal issues.
• Interprets tests for muscle strength, ROM and respiratory/circulatory efficiency.
• Provides direct resident treatment per care plan and maintains confidentiality of records.
• Conducts home assessments to support safe discharge.
• Completes forms and documents per policy and regulations.
