Job summary

AdviniaCare seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. You will design and implement personalized treatment plans to promote independence, safety, and quality of life for residents.

As a full-time role in Rhode Island, you will collaborate with therapists, educate residents and families, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records. A $7,000 sign-on bonus and CEU/licensure reimbursement after the probationary period are available.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist required.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve goals
• Implement and modify treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordination of care
• Educate residents and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques
• Monitor and report on resident progress and outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
