AdviniaCare Orchard View in Rhode Island seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehabilitation team on a full-time basis. You will assist in delivering direct treatments, collecting assessment data, and supporting therapists under supervision.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employment, a 90-day probation period with CEU/licensure reimbursement thereafter, and a commitment to growth opportunities along with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program
• CEU's per state licensure requirements
• Current licensure by the applicable state agency where required
• New graduates welcome!
• Prior clinical experience preferred but not required

Responsabilités

• Provide direct resident treatments in accordance with an established plan of care, including individual, supervised, and group treatment sessions
• Contribute to the team meeting and decision-making process as defined by the program
• Consult with and train patients, residents, and caregivers
• Monitor efficiencies on an ongoing basis in collaboration with supervisor
• Document activities according to the company's clinical documentation system on a timely basis
• Demonstrate consistent knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations
• Participate in clinical program development and implementation
• Demonstrate ability for continuous new learning to remain current in the field
